In order to achieve and maintain high-quality standards within the European postal network, to provide a platform to exchange views,to promote the development of current and future Terminal Dues systems, several Working Groups activities and Quality Improvement Processes have been set up.

The Circle aims at providing the Working Groups with the necessary tools and information to drive quality and operational excellence and to provide platforms for operational knowledge exchange in the light of the future challenges of the sector.

With the aim of using the best available expertise/knowledge, the Operational Activities Circle (OAC) and its working groups carry out joint activities with the UPU, IPC and other restricted unions.
