Stamps, letters and postcards are now available online at Poczta Polska

Starting from yesterday, Polish Post's customers can buy online and print postage stamps and send letters or postcards which the postman will deliver in paper form. What made it possible is developed by Polish Post web platform operating under Envelo brand. It is a tool that allows the use of postal services anywhere and anytime. The company responsible for implementation of this functionality is Polish Post Digital Services (Poczta Polska Usługi Cyfrowe).

Offering digital services is how Polish Post responds to changes in the paper correspondence market.

Polish Post enters web 3.0

The research commisioned by Polish Post shows that younger customers expect to be able to access most mass services via the Internet. At the same time they become more and more demanding and look for high quality services.
"In the last two years Polish Post has significantly changed its offer and introduced a new standard of post office, offering among others self-service areas,  where customers can day and night send letters and parcels or collect the packages about which they learn through electronic notification. The next step is reaching web 3.0. This has been made possible thanks to Envelo digital platform which allows customers to buy and print postage stamps from home or send a letter or postcard which will be delivered in traditional form, says Janusz Wojtas , a member of the management board of Polish Post responsible for sales and marketing. "Polish Post wants to set the standards in this area. That is why we invest in new technologies and focus on innovation, adds Janusz Wojtas.

Envelo.pl - anywhere and anytime

Envelo is a web platform offering comprehensive and secure electronic correspondence services. Starting from yesterday, it offers access to first most popular products: Neoznaczek (Neostamp), Neolist (neoletter) and Neokartka (neocard).

Neostamp is a computer printed and protected with data matrix code postage stamp. When bought online it can be printed an a sheet of paper, adhesive label or directly on the envelope. Stamp can be downloaded from the website or received as an attachment to an e-mail .

Neoletter is an equivalent of a traditional letter but prepared using Envelo.pl and sent over the Internet. Just type your letter or attach a PDF file, add the information about addressee and choose the standard or priority service. The postman will deliver neoletter directly to the mailbox of the indicated person, company or office. Soon Polish Post will offer new functionality with this product in the form of delivery of the neoletter by registered post.

Neocard is a printed postcard delivered in traditional form in Poland and all over the world. Neocard is also available through the free application for smartphones. Neocard enables user to send his own photograph or use a photo from the photo gallery available both through Envelo.pl platform and mobile application.

Envelo.pl - all in one place

In the future, Polish Post will be able to offer through Envelo platform complete portfolio of digital services tailored to different customer groups. "The services will include electronic invoices, scanned letters, digitising incoming mail, eSignature and eContract allowing signing of electronic documents with authentication ensuring legal validity and, finally, registered electronic mail. Ultimately, the platform will be a place providing access to all postal e-services. In this respect it will be a unique solution on the market, says Grzegorz Świdwiński, president of the Polish Post Digital Services. Polish Post wants also, through access to databases and systems of different official organisations and agencies, to offer delivery of various documents, such as registry extracts and documents from the National Court Register. In this way the customers will not have to travel to distant cities and will be able to collect the documents at the nearest post office.

Poczta Prosta (Simple Post) - this is the motto of the marketing campaign accompanying the introduction of Envelo. The campaign will include product and educational videos available on the YouTube channel. The campaign makes use of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), selected elements of direct marketing and Internet reach campaign.
