These postal operators have completed a “100 Day plan” period, analysed their existing services and compared them to the eCIP Detailed Service Specifications in order to prepare their specific “Country plan” with a detailed schedule of how they anticipate to implement all the deliverables in the deployment phase by the beginning of 2015. 

The 10 eCIP Wave 3 Operators are Česká pošta, Eesti Post, Hrvatska pošta, Latvijas Pasts, Lietuvos Paštas, MaltaPost, Poczta Polska, Poșta Română, Pošta Slovenije and Slovenská Pošta.
