Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian subsidiaries of Omniva got ISO 9001 certification

In January, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian subsidiaries of Omniva have successfully achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.

The validity of the certificates of Estonian and Lithuanian companies was extended and the first quality management systems auditing was conducted in Latvia. In the course of this audit, external auditors reviewed all parts of the management system covered by ISO 9001:2008 standard and bigger structural units were audited as well.

As a result of this audit, Bureau Veritas issued on 20 January to the Omniva subsidiaries in three countries a common quality certificate that shall be valid for three years. The company obtained ISO 9001 quality certification first time in 2010.

Omniva has the following areas covered by ISO: provision, development and sale of postal, warehouse, logistics and infologistics services.

ISO certificate proves to the clients and interested parties that the company is capable of fulfilling its tasks and is dedicated to constant improvement of business processes and customer satisfaction.
