Now consumers can track their postal items at any time and at any stage of transmission, from the moment of placing an order to its delivery to the addressee.

Courier Delivery can be requested by contacting postal facilities by phone, through the Contact Centre (+8044 32 32 099) or through the website. All orders go to the single automated processing system. Then all the information about the order gets online to the immediate involved parties, such as regional Courier Delivery stations operating in each Ukrposhta branch.

Subsequently, the execution, transmission and delivery of Courier Delivery orders within the region are monitored by regional Courier Delivery stations through the automated system.

The new system allows fast processing of the order information, as well as collection and delivery of a postal item. The status of postal items can be tracked on the Ukrposhta’s website. It is very important to enter the unique 13-digit item number correctly.

The national postal operator’s priority is to adapt to customers’ needs as much as possible, so additional Courier Delivery service is available across the entire Ukrposhta’s network, both in urban and rural post offices, for individuals and businesses, including distance selling companies.

The following types of delivery are offered for the Courier Delivery service:

1. Door to Door – a courier collects an item from home/office and delivers to home/office;
2. Door to Warehouse – a courier collects an item from home/office, and the item is delivered at a Courier Delivery station and/or at a postal facility;
3. Warehouse to Door – a postal item is posted at a Courier Delivery station and/or at a postal facility, and is delivered by a courier to home/office.
