Credit24 and Posti to begin cooperation

Online credit company Credit24 and Posti have entered into a unique cooperation agreement.

From May onwards, customers can file credit applications at Posti outlets. The identification service that is based on personal IDs is available at over 600 service points. Credit24 handles the credit applications and grants the credit.

IPF Digital-the owner of Credit24-is the first company in Finland to use Posti's identification service for private customers. In other countries, such as Australia, initial identification has become an established form of cooperation between postal services and local companies.

- Identification is a routine task at Posti, and offering the service to others is a natural next step. The customers of Credit24 gain access to Posti's extensive network and opening hours, says Anna Lehtonen, Director, Retail Network at Posti.

- We are excited about this cooperation. The new service helps us address the changing needs of consumers and makes the credit application process more transparent, says Kim Ahola, Country Manager at Credit24.

Posti will forward any questions concerning the service to Credit24, which will answer them as soon as possible. The Posti outlets that offer Credit 24 identification are listed at www.credit24.fi.
