As a result, customers making purchases online will receive them faster than ever before. –  After the introduction of new weight categories for parcels, this is the latest attempt in the struggle to stay competitive in the rapidly growing market, says Paweł Kopeć, the Sales Director at Poczta Polska.

Along with new types of packages, Poczta Polska makes it possible to deliver a parcel on the next working day, provided that it is sent before 15:00. This offer is intended for customers that sell small goods on distance and have their own online shops or trade through e-commerce websites such. The offer is available in packages containing 5, 10, 20 or 30 items.

Books, CDs, beauty products

–  Wrapping offered with the package is a good solution for people sending small goods such as books, DVD/CD discs, games, beauty products –  says Paweł Kopeć. –  Moreover, we do not charge for returning the shipment to the sender if all delivery attempts to the recipient have failed, and for customers using internet platforms that want to return their purchases, we offer this service free of charge –  he emphasizes.

Another chapter of struggle in e-commerce market

Fast shipping of packages is yet another new option made available by Poczta Polska for people trading on the Internet, considering that a few days ago the company announced new weight categories for parcels. The company made the most commonly used categories more affordable. Paczka48 (Package48) with option „POS pickup” and weighting up to 0.5 kg now costs only 8,50 PLN. Currently customers can use two new weight categories: up to 2 kg and over 2 kg up to 5 kg, instead of one category containing all consignments weighing up to 5 kg. Moreover, Poczta Polska allows customers to collect their delivery at one of over 5100 pickup locations, almost 20% of which are open 24 hours a day –  these are PKN Orlen petrol stations.
