La Poste is preparing to process and distribute up to 2.5 million Colissimo per day during the week of 12 to 19 December 2016, compared to 1 million in normal times. Thanks to the mobilization of all postal workers, the record will be broken compared to previous years (2.1 million in 2013 and 2014, 2.3 million in 2015).
