Pošta Slovenije opens its first POŠTA 24/7

self-service kiosk in Ljubljana

After introducing a network of 24 automated parcel lockers in major towns throughout Slovenia in the first half of this year, allowing users to post parcels using the online application PS Pošlji paket (Send Parcel), in Ljubljana it opened its first POŠTA 24/7 self-service kiosk, at which customers can access various postal, banking and other services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The POŠTA 24/7 kiosk is located at the 1101 Ljubljana post office in the city centre.

At the first POŠTA 24/7 self-service kiosk, which contains a bill payment machine, two ATMs, a vending machine which sells envelopes, postcards and postage stamps, a vending machine for the mobile operator Telemach and an info screen, customers can purchase items, make payments using UPO forms, withdraw cash and carry out other banking services on modern NKBM ATMs. Along with the new POŠTA 24/7 self-service kiosk, customers can also enjoy the newly renovated sales area at the post office, with a new range of merchandise.

In the coming year, Pošta Slovenije will be introducing a new self-service area at a larger post office, and the first outdoor self-service kiosk, PS Točka (Point) 24/7, which will also offer access to postal and banking services and merchandise sales.
