Mr Drazen Ladis (Croatian Post) was appointed Vice-Chair of the Quality of Service Working Group, joining Mrs Natalia Efremova (Russian Post) in the role of supporting the Chair, Mr Marko Grden (Slovenian Post).
A graduate from the University of Transport and Traffic Sciences in Zagreb, Drazen has been working for the Croatian Post since 1995. He began as a Team Leader at the Office of Exchange within the International Business Department in 2001, he has also worked in the International Accounting Department for a period of time, before taking up his current position as Expert Assistant, again in the International Business Department.
In his current position, Drazen has various responsibilities including international cooperation, Route Manager, EPG Project & Operational Manager, Croatian Post Interconnect team member and Project Manager in some of Croatian’s Post projects. Linked to the PostEurop activities he has been an active member for many years, within the Process Assessment Experts team, Quality and Operations Working Group’s. During this period, he also participated in UPU-PostEurop Quality of Service projects training and EMS Cooperative workshops.
