Businesses rate IMS' services as 'excellent' and 'good' in terms of security and confidentiality (92 per cent), convenience (90 per cent), customer services (88 per cent), reliability (87 per cent) and offering products and services that are relevant to their business needs (87 per cent).

This demonstrates that they have secure and robust processes that support GDPR and other regulatory compliance that businesses value, as 97 per cent of businesses rate security and confidentiality as 'very important' and 'important' criteria when making purchasing decisions relating to IMS' services.

The Customer Satisfaction Survey is an online survey that IMS carries out annually with a selection of its customer base, to gauge customer experience, measure customer satisfaction and find out how they can continue to improve their products and services to meet their clients' needs. This recent survey was participated by 40 local businesses from various sectors including local and central government, as well as financial and eGaming sectors.
