Romanian Post has initiated the acquisition of subscription-based medical services for all employees, investing 36,000,000 lei to provide access to the best healthcare solutions.
This initiative will benefit nearly 21,000 employees, offering them a wide range of medical services, including general and specialist consultations, laboratory tests, imaging investigations, basic dental services, mental health support, emergency medical assistance, and telemedicine.
Valentin Ștefan, the General Manager of Romanian Post, emphasized: “Romanian Post continues to invest in the development of human resources, as employees represent the company’s most important asset. A healthy team is a productive and competitive one, which is why employee health is a priority for us. We aim to ensure our employees perform at their best in the workplace.”
This investment reflects our vision of being a responsible employer focused on the well-being of every team member. By covering the full cost of the basic medical subscription for all employees, we aim to improve their quality of life, prevent long-term health issues, and create a safer and more efficient work environment.
Key benefits of the medical subscriptions include:
- Faster scheduling of investigations compared to the public healthcare system;
- Encouragement of healthy lifestyle habits through regular health monitoring;
- Early detection of potential health issues, increasing treatment efficiency and long-term cost savings;
- Access to state-of-the-art equipment and hundreds of specialists nationwide.
The deadline for submitting offers or participation requests in the public procurement process is March 18, 2025.
