Certificate of excellence in the management and processing of international priority mail

The exchange office of Croatian Post received a certificate of excellence from the International Postal Corporation (IPC) for the management and processing of international priority mail. Holger Winklbauer, the president of the IPC, personally presented the certificate to Ivan Čulo, the president of the Croatian Post Management Board on Wednesday, June 6, at the National Storage and Sorting Center in Velika Gorica.

The IPC Certification of Excellence in the Management and Processing of International Priority Mail is an independent review process that encourages postal operators to strive for excellence. The main evaluation criteria refer to performance measures according to defined standards such as work organization, quality of services and management, communication with airlines, operators, IPC and partner postal operators.

The Certificate of Excellence in the Management and Processing of International Priority Shipments has been awarded for 25 years and has become one of the main instruments for measuring the quality of international postal services.
